Like most great companies, Renyo was born out of frustration.

​

Two young guys from Sydney saw a huge gap in the cleaning industry and decided to lead it with knowledge.

Having started off in the cut-throat commercial cleaning scene, we quickly found success through our unparalleled attention to detail and our always-on customer service. We knew the industry was filled with misinformation, false promises and price decreases at the cost of service so we decided that we weren’t going to play by the rules. We came in as industry leaders in the science of cleaning in demanding commercial environments such as concrete plants and consumer product factories and boy did the companies welcome the change. We continued our expansion as word got out about our unique approach to cleaning and needed a new office to operate out of.

We’d just moved into a new office space and we were told that the carpets and computer chairs had already been cleaned by a professional. We couldn’t believe it. There were stains all over the floor and the stale smell of wet carpet lingered. So we decided we’d find a carpet cleaning company ourselves and bring them in to do another clean. We Googled, found a company we liked and had them in within the week. This is where things got really interesting – the technician was in and out within 30 minutes and the place looked completely untouched.
